Our Story
David and Pam Leen opened their first Stone Soup in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1995. The original Stone Soup was a small eight table sandwich shop that served lunch and provided deliveries to the local businesses. At the request of Stone Soup's customers, Stone Soup started offering drop-off catering for lunch meetings and gatherings.
By 1997 the business was booming, but the Leens missed their Pacific Northwest roots and decided to move to Walla Walla and opened Stone Soup Cafè in 1999.
